The receipt of an ‘order confirmation’ email does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Fine Line Art Co. reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer.
Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
Fine Line Art Co. makes every effort to ensure the content on this website is correct at the time of publishing (including product descriptions and prices). However, please note that we may only accept orders if there are no material errors in the description of any goods featured or their prices as advertised.

Pricing
The prices on this website includes VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rate chargeable in the UK. However, if the rate of VAT changes between the date of your order and the date of delivery, we will adjust the VAT you pay, unless you have already paid for the Products in full before the change in VAT takes effect.
Sales of any such 'secondary market artwork' operate on the margin scheme. Full details on how this scheme works can be found here. https://www.gov.uk/vat-margin-schemes/overview. Fine Line Art Co. cannot refund VAT for goods sold outside of the EU or offer NET pricing to companies if sold through the margin scheme.
This website contains a large number of Products. It is always possible that, despite our efforts, some of the Products on this site may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the Products you have ordered we will contact you [in writing] to inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the Product at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing. Please note that if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mispricing, we do not have to provide the Products to you at the incorrect (lower) price.

All credit / debit cards transactions are powered by Shopify. Your card details are never by us (Fine Line Art Co.), giving you extra piece of mind.

VAT & Sales Tax
If you would like an itemised VAT receipt, please email us at hello@finelineartco.com (including details of your order) and we will be happy to email this to you.
UK Customers
VAT is charged on most goods and services within the European Union. All prices displayed at Fine Line Art Co. are inclusive of UK VAT at the appropriate rate.
EU Customers
Fine Line Art Co. is required by law to collect VAT on orders dispatched to addresses within the European Union. For customers with a delivery address within the EU, VAT will be included in the total featured on the order confirmation page and within your e-mail confirmation.
Customers outside the EU
Orders sent to addresses outside the EU may not be subject to VAT, but they may be subject to local taxes and customs charges. Please note Fine Line Art Co. is not responsible for any such additional charges and these must be met by the customer.
Under HM Revenue & Customs regulations regarding the VAT Retail Export Scheme, any sales by mail order (including internet sales) are exempt. It is therefore not legally possible to claim back any VAT when purchasing goods from finelineartco.com
Artists Resale Rights: By the terms of the EU Directive relating to ARR the professional buyers and sellers of works of art are jointly and severally liable for the payment of the charges in question. When Fine Line Art Co. sells to other Art Professional Traders it is expressly understood that in every case the buyer will be responsible for paying the moneys in respect of ARR. These will be declared and paid for on the quarterly Relevant Returns which they will provide to the relevant Collection Society involved.
